About our system . . . . At this point in the order process, we feel it very important to make you aware of how our custom belt shop works - please realize that we are not a retail shop. We do not maintain an inventory of belts already manufactured for immediate shipment upon receiving your order. The only exception to that would be belts listed on our bargain shop that are ready for shipment. We build "custom belts" which means that you create a belt order with all the options that you want in your belt and then when your order comes up in our "first-come-first-served" system, we take a new, blank strip of high quality leather and we build your belt to your specifications - so this is a very personal item build specifically for you. Your new belt will be involved in production for 4 - 5 days from beginning until it is ready to ship. Most belts require 4-8 hours of individual labor to complete.
Also, due to the nature of true custom leather work, there are variables that pop up in the process that cannot always be anticipated in advance (such as back ordered supplies among other things) so when we give you and anticipated ship date, please realize that it is a "good faith" estimate based on our average production speed. We have had people place an order with us and then call a week later and wonder why they haven't received their custom belt yet . . . . . . . We are very concerned about customer relations and making sure that you realize how our system works at the time you place your order. If we fail to give you an approximate ship date, please ask for it.Obviously, it is in our best interest to get your new belt to you as soon as possible - we have no desire to sit on your money any longer than is required.
Full payment in advance is the only way that we can ensure that you are serious about your order and we are safe to put the time and materials into creating your new belt. If it is personalized, there is no way we can re-sell it once it is completed. Remember, we offer a 30-day "no questions asked" money back guarantee. You are spending what we consider to be a significant amount of hard-earned cash on your belt. We want you to be happy with it - it is critical to us for our own peace of mind that you are - so, if you have a problem with your belt, please let us know because if at all possible, we want to make it right. The one real big favor we need from you is to make sure you use our Size System.
One other factor that is also worth mentioning is this - this type of custom leather craft is not a system or a process of exactness . . . . precision work to exact specifications is not the nature of our business. We are about creating a work of art that is personal to the customer - our product leans more toward culture and style than it does machine-like precision. Because everything is created with individual stamp and carving tools, there will be variation in every pattern and project. If you are a person who typically demands exactness in your product requests, kindly do us both a favor and consider another option. We have had belts shipped back to us because the center hole punched for size was 1/8" inch off the requested length. Please realize that we wet the leather prior to the tooling phase and the tooling process will change the overall length of the belt strip - plus the leather will then shrink back during the drying process. We do our best to get the important aspects of each belt right but due to the natural elements of our process and product, precision exactness with respect to dimensions and size is not what we do.
When you make a decision to order one of our belts we both enter into the most important phase of our business. It is critical that we both do all we can to get your order right. There are a lot of variables that can affect the order process of a custom belt - so when you get ready, please fill out the form below and send it off to us. Remember, we are a custom order shop so don't be afraid to ask for special features in comments. Most of our customers do not want a keeper on their belt. If you do want a keeper included to tuck the tip into on the back side of the belt, please check that option in "Special Options".
When we receive your email order, we will then reply by email confirming that we have received your order and provide you with a price quote and estimated shipping date. Once both parties are in agreement, you can submit payment via Pay Pal or credit card (see buy now button below). Once we receive full payment, your order will be completed and shipped as soon as possible.

We offer an unconditional, 30 - day, money back guarantee on all of our belts. If you are not satisfied for any reason, just return the belt to us undamaged within 30 days of your receiving it and we will gladly refund your money. If your belt does not fit and it's our fault, send it back undamaged and we will build you a new one free of charge and ship it to you. If you provided us with the wrong size, if your belt does not have a custom item on it such as brand, initials or name, we will refund 70% of your money after we have received your belt back.
We charge $15.00 for shipping and handling in the lower 48 states within the USA - Please figure at least $25 - $45.00 extra for any other destination. Some overseas destinations are very expensive and may not be reasonable for a belt shipment. We use the US Postal Service

We understand your anxiety but we cannot falsify documents or transactions. Doing this would compromise our ability to ship our products outside of the USA -
